- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one is available), the courier will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. Failure to collect the parcel may result in it being returned to us.
- Undelivered/Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order. If reshipping is not requested, a refund for the products (minus the original and return shipping costs and any restocking fees) will be issued.
